We had Simply Steven at our wedding! It was an unforgettably wonderful performance! He performed walk around magic, and everyone just loved him. It was amazing to watch him interact with adults and kids, one on one! This was 7 years ago, and my friends and family talk about the magic at my wedding. It just added that special touch!

Simply Steven was perfect for our party. There was about 15 kids ranged in age from 4 to 16 and about 40 adults. Not only were the kids greatly entertained, the adults found it amusing as well. His use of the kids as assistants was a great touch and a memory the kids will talk about for some time. Even when some of the younger kids got a little out of control, he knew had to snap them out of it and get back to his show. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Steven's act was perfect for the mixed crowd of children and adults. He showed exceptional skill at dealing with the younger children and encouraging audiance participation. Even the sullen teens had a good time. My only negative comment, and this goes to my personal preference, is that the act was too reliant on props.

Honestly, I hardly saw the magic show, as the hostess I was really busy entertaining- but my 5 yr. old son was thrilled and the kids were entertained for the 45 minutes and it meant the adults could socialize a bit, relaxed. I liked Steven and appreciated his presence.

Steven was fantastic! The kids were totally entertained and he had them laughing the whole time. He was punctual and very professional. The balloon animals were a big hit as well. He even made more for the kids who accidentally popped their balloons. I would highly recommend Steven for entertainment at any party!

Steven was great with the kids at my daughter's 5th birthday. His act was very interactive and they were thouroughly entertained.

The ONLY reason I could not give Steven the highest mark for his talent score as I precoccupied with other parts of the party while Steven entertained the kids, so I can't comment on his specific talent, but the kids were amazed!! What I can tell say is that he had children from ages 2 to 11 completely involved for 1 hour (every parents' dream) and they volunteered in his magic acts. He was very good, very entertaining, and a really nice guy. Steven was on time and got right to business. Also, he was given a VERY limited amount of space in which to work and he made the best of it! He was close up with the kids and they loved it!

I was just about to email you -- you did a great job in very "tight quarters," and under pressure from me! The kids loved you and so did the adults who were paying attention and not gabbing away. Everyone enjoyed your show. I will complete your form (I just did one for Gigmasters about you too!) The close-up was great and the balloon animals I requested was a hit as I knew it would be. You entertained kids from ages 2-11 which is NOT easy! I liked the fact that you involved the children in the magic ~ a succes for all.

Stevens performance was absolutely perfect. It was age appropriate and he was extremely friendly to the children and cunning with the skeptical children! He pulled each trick off and even provided the Birthday Boy with a surprise !!

The highlight of the event was a magic show by Steven Burchard. A trained magician, Steven brought his bag of tricks and performed a show for the Cottage School kids. He began by teaching them the magic words, "Please and Thank you," and then continued to do various tricks. After fixing his magic wand, Steven made things disappear and even was able to pull an endless string of handkerchiefs from his mouth. The grand finale was that he made a jar of candy appear. All the kids loved the show, and he finished his performance by giving away all the magic candy to the kids.

Great show!!!! Cant say enough about the skill and pure magical talent encased in this one performer. Would definitely hire for up coming events we have and suggest everybody who is considering him for their own parties does the same. You will not be disappointed... we weren't!!!!

Steven was in my employ for the summer of 2006 as a camp specialist. Steven's specialty, magic, is clearly one of his great passions in life. During the course of the summer he was able to share this passion with the 230+ campers that he would work with over the course of the week. Steven was brought to my attention early in the year 2006 due to his service to the community of Mt. Pleasant. I read a newspaper article featuring him and his magical act that he had performed for one of the recreation department's senior programs. I was further impressed by Steven's accolades when I learned that he is an Eagle Scout a distinct honor that demonstrates the high level of his character. Steven Buchard is a hard-working, responsible, diligent and courteous team player who clearly takes pride in what he does. I would highly recommend him for employment in a camp setting working with minors.
